Major cost cutting measures on SQ. Only meal served during this 7 hr flight was breakfast 2 hrs before arrival into DXB. I had asked for something to snack on mid-flight and was told sandwiches, crackers and instant noodles were available. I had my noodles, and the crew brought me an apple as well.
