[smfl meal] - Dinner - Starter: cold seafood salad (2 prawns, scallop, tomato wedge, lemon wedge) Main: Grilled salmon, fingerling potato, vegetable ratatouille with tomato sauce Dessert: mango cheesecake Cheddar cheese and butter crackers White bread roll and butter spread

Starter was average; seafood lost its taste (-1). Salmon was overcooked (-1); tomato sauce was a bit too saltish (-1) but overall still edible. Mango cheesecake was slightly above average; a bit fluffy as it was not as dense as a NY Cheesecake and a plain chiffon sponge bottom helped to balance the sweetness. Not too sweet overall with just a tad too little mango flavor but still, I finished it all up despite being full! (+1). Metal cutlery was served (+1) and service was uncomplainable.
