Dinner
Lobster Thermidor - from the book the cook menu - served with rice and buttered asparagus.

Bollinger champagne.

Just superb and as good as the description on the SQ website. Not a large dish but just right, and actually served as breakfast as staff asked if the dinner service was too early given the fact we'd just been eating in the lounge. So dinner was served 2 hours before the 7.30am arrival into Tokyo.
