Dinner - Salad, caviar, Book the Cook Meal "Seafood Pappardelle". Dessert was ice cream served on a plate. The Seafood Pappardelle was delicious and has big chunky scallops and salmon. However, there was no lobster as described in the Book the Cook Manual. The pasta that came with it was nice and tender.

German Riesling white wine, jasmine tea

Overall a pretty satisfying meal
