Appetizer of three satay with onion, cucumber, and spicy peanut sauce. Starter of mesculin with marinated lobster and sundried tomato-couscous salad. Main of Slipper lobster Thermidor, buttered asparagus, and slow-roasted vine-ripened tomato, and saffron rice. Dessert of azuki red bean ice cream garnished with vanilla sauce and granola. Finale of pepper brie, bresse blue, and surprise bay cheddar served with fig paste, grapes and walnuts.

Bollinger Cuvee and water

Cannot rave enough about the meal both in quality and service. Did the "book the cook" option and recommend that over the standard choices. This was a wonderful way to start an incredibly long non-stop flight.
