I am really disappointed with Singapore Airlines' ultra long haul service. SQ still resists a full on demand menu. For this flight, breakfast was first served, and then a snack trolley with sandwiches, fruit cups, yogurt parfaits, and light snacks were served mid-flight, followed by a full dinner six hour prior to arrival. It literally serves dinner in the middle of the night LA time. The food itself is average and canapes are no longer served. But at least we get satays on this flight.

Poorly timed meals and serving the more elaborate meal six hours prior to arrival is bad
