Traditional Phad Thai of fried rice noodles with scallops, prawns, beancurd, beansprouts and peanut.

Chateau Lacombe-Noaillac 2005 and water.

After a nice 6 hour nap this was a wonderful snack. The the Cabernet went very well with the slight spice of the phad thai.
