This menu was almost identical to the dinner that I had a week before ewhen flying from SIN - AKL. Overall, it was good and I enjoyed it. I noticed that SQ didn't do a beverage cart service before this meal... maybe because it was Supper they want to get the meal over quickly to let most pax sleep. It was good to see the little slip of paper explaining why they had to use plastic cutlery instead of metal...
