For this 9am departure, a brunch was offered after takeoff. The meals and service were top notch, as expected on all Singapore Airlines flight. Michael made the flight even more superb than usual. For the main course, I ordered a new dish - Fish ball and fish dumpling noodle soup, which was excellent. I love the apple crumble dessert too. A small snack station was presented near the galley area.
