Fish Terrine Salad; Beef Brochette with red wince sauce, grilled vegetables and potato; Banana Cake ; Cheese & Crackers; Roll & Butter;

Diet Coke

Not the best of airline meals, a wee bit disappointed especially when it was Singapore Airlines. Fish Terrine tasted somewhat "rubbery" (too much gelatine?) and Beef Brochette was quite tough and hard to chew. The dessert, however, was fine.
