Lunch , Special meal: no
Lunch was served after takeoff - caviar was an option but no satay service. For my main course, I chose Grilled 8 oz Ribeye steak with green peppercorn sauce from the Book the Cook menu. For refreshment prior to arrival, I asked the F/A to save me a bowl of Bak Chor Mee (Chiu Chow style noodle soup with pork - a local dish) from lunch. The options are Cajun Chicken sandwich or another local spicy noodle dish. I really think the portion needs to be better because it is almost dinner time at Singapore. At least there should a fresh fruit bowl or a dessert!
