Breakfast Fried noodles with beancurd and mushrooms, yogurt, fresh fruit (melon, pineapple, grapes), breadroll, jam and butter, raisin muffin. (Menu Card)

Coffee and orange juice

After a 9h flight, this is one of best airline breakfasts ever eaten in economy class. The noodles were just perfectly done, the fruit still fresh, the yogurt nice and cold, so was the orange juice. Even the coffee tasted good, and airline coffee seldom does. The muffin was airy and spongy, but not greasy. A perfect meal. BTW, the other option would have been omelet and sausages, but who flys SIA to eat what you can get at your local takeaway, albeit I'm sure, being SIA, it too would have been a perfect meal.
