Breakfast 2 choices: Nasi Lemak (traditional malaysian breakfast) with fried chicken, fried fish and eggs. This was accompanied by achar (malaysian pickled vegetables); Western Breakfast consisting of an omlette, chicken sausage, potatoes and mushrooms. Both choices with served with fresh cut fruits.

Coffee/Tea, water and orange juice.

Passengers were first served with an empty meal tray (without the main course). A galley steward came around later to present the main meal choices. Despite the short flight, Singapore airlines managed to pull off an excellent business class service. My only regret was that the flight was too short for me to really enoy my meal.
