Lunch- Smoked salmon with potatoes salad, Chicken braised in herb-tomato sauce with green beans and new potatoes, Cheese and crackers, Roll and butter, Ice cream, water (Menu Card)

"The salad was fresh and great. The main course was quite good apart from the small portion. The ice cream was a great dessert too. Interesting to note that due to shortage in Economy Class meal trays, I got a raffles (business class) tray and settings."
