Salad; Main course: Roasted chicken with pineapple relish, carrots, green
beans and olive coucscous; Dessert: Lemongrass infused panna cotta with
berries and berry jus.
Champagne before take off; Coffee and water with the meal.
The meal service was slightly delayed due to terbulance at take-off. This meant that it was even more rushed than what it usually is. However, the dishes were delicious! The chicken had the right temperature and texture, and the couscous was just right! I left the potato salad because the crew already started collecting meal trays just as I was about to start on the food. This was one of the better airline dinners that I have had! Thumbs up to Singapore Airlines.
