Meal was tasty and filling, but who combines Asian glass noodles with German sauerkraut? A case of extreme crossover cuisine? Furthermore: serving sauerkraut at the beginning of a 12-hour overnight flight is not an especially great idea. Unfortunately, the other dinner option was not available anymore when service reached me...
