My partner and I picked the veal tenderloin. The veal tenderloin was good but not revolutionary. It came out well done. The salad was acceptable although we wished for something other than salad. The dessert was mediocre and tasted very cheap. But again catering from Singapore isn't well known for their desserts so... The cheese plate was decent and a good introduction to swiss cheeses. The bread rolls tasted fine.

Equipment: Good premium economy seats. The shell design is fine contrary to what criticisms say. There was sufficient padding to prevent backaches at the end of the 12h flight.
