This is my first experience of the new Swiss' "boxed" meals. They no longer serve hot meals on this flight (I have been flying it for many years), but this option was even better in some ways. First of all, all the food was unexpectedly fresh and very tasty. There was a new element - salad, which was not present before. And the "freshly baked" (labelled) apple cake was like it had been taken out of the oven just a few moments ago - moist and tasty.
