The service was excellent as usual, and I was lucky to enjoy the Swiss's Connoisseur Menu, which features white Alba truffle. I enjoyed the menu: Beef carpaccio with white truffle Cream of Truffle Soup Tagliolini with white truffle Chocolate brittle with chocolate truffle ice cream Lunch service was good, but too bad the pre-arrival was pretty underwhelming for first class. Only choice of Caesar salad, club sandwich or cheese quiche with sliced fresh fruit and apple pie.
