Dinner
A 5 course First Class Menu. Appertizers - Goat cheese tartlet and tyme vegetables. Lemon sorbet. Entree - Pesto sole fillet served with leeks, potatoes and broccoli. Selection of cheeses. Dessert - Selection of fresh fruits and ice cream.

Blanc Bordeaux

Excellent meal, but the broccoli was a little bit overcooked. This menu was developed for TAM Airlines inspired by Mediterrean cooking, with assistance of chefs Sergio and Javier Torres.
