Breakfast, snack, dinner + cheese tray - Breakfast was a full course of salmon. Lunsh was smoked salmon. The snack was fish cake and the dinner was sirlon steak

Gin Tonic and also perfect red and white wine

The home bound flight was delayed that night by 8 hours. I arrived from Singapore but upon arrival at Dong Muang I was taken direct to a First Class hotel near by. We took off about 08.15 in the morning. Thai used the latest upgraded version of the 747-400. My seat was the modern semi sleeper. See last picture The crew was fantastic and made thuis trip into a very good memory
