Equipment: The large tray in the economy class is a nice touch The dishes are nice I brought along the metal cutlery and my own salt and pepper pots The glass in economy class is a nice touch   //   Other: The Thai crew are very calm hospitable and seem to love their jobs Very professional and attentive to detail Free alcohol was a nice touch. However I dislike the plastic gloves used on clearing the trays
