My meal arrived first and while a neon yellow omelet flanked by a few button mushrooms from a can, limpid French beans and topped with a lonely cherry tomato was uninspiring, the goop served to my left (tired rosti with pale chicken sausage) and right (fish in starch over rice #glutenfree) confirmed vegetarian is usually the right choice. While I normally eat clean, there was something pleasing about fake eggs, although I can't say the same about vegetables that have had the life blanched out of them. The watermelon slice was the only nice piece of fruit - canned lychees and dry pineapple are not what the doctor ordered. I appreciated very much the warm sweet roll and French strawberry jam, although I would have tossed the "70% vegetable fat" out the window if I could have. I chose ovo-lacto - give me butter!!
