Very Russian- the chicken salad has cabbage instead of lettuce, black bread instead of white. The beef and spaghetti dearly wishes it was макароны по флотски, but clearly isn't. The plastic coffee cup is an old Soviet tradition, and means that the coffee is cold by the time you get to it. They also serve free wine, of better quality than your generic airline fare. Since everyone is taking it, the flight attendants don't ask if you want some, they ask "red or white?"
