I have never heard of eggplant soup but if it was really one, it was good anyway. Always very nice to have soup in the air. Main dish was rather tasteless but the single plate presentation is always very pleasant. Wine : Turkish Airlines does not have a wine list and the crew does not really know (or care) much what kind of wine there is. I took a nice Turkish red wine which was very good.
