Welcome drink with canapes Appetizer - Scallop ceviche with tabbouleh and humus. Mediterranean salad with grilled artichokes and olive oil/lemon dressing. Main dish - Rigatoni with grilled chicken in a creamy tomato sauce w/sauteed zucchinis, eggplants and cherry tomatoes with Parmesan. Dessert - Selection of cheese, fresh seasonal fruit and petite cakes. Breakfast - Fresh fruit salad, assorted cheese with cucumber, tomato and olive, mushroom omelette and fresh baked bread.

Peach tea and water

Excellent meal as expected from Turkish. The only downside is the plastic glassware.
