Dinner + Breakfast Sweet and sour chicken with rice, a green salad, roll, cheese and biscuit, followed by cake. Breakfast was scrambled eggs and salmon.

Tea and orange juice

Fairly middle of the road, ate it all and it filled a hole and passed the time, on the whole the ingredients were identifiable. Managed a mere 1 hour sleep on the flight due to being woken far to early to get our breakfast.
