Rice with Spinach Chicken Breast Mushroom Sauce

rice too soft, chicken bad quality (dry), whole meal tasted like plastic from the packaging. No colours in meal (only brown and white - not attractive!) I had extreme stomach ache after the flight. In general, I was really disappointed as the quality of the meals I am used to in UA flights from Europe outbound have been much nicer before!
