Dinner -- United Midcon: BBQ Ribs served a mixed vegitable side along with a side salad, dinner roll, and Eli's Cheesecake (Menu Card)

"This meal was very filling, but it left quite a bit to be desired. The ribs were very very dry and hard to eat. The roll became rock hard from the time of warming them to the time that I ate them. The salad and the salad dressing were quite good, and I devoured it all. The cheesecake (which I could hardly eat after being stuffed from the ribs) was wonderful. The cheesecake alone is a reason to fly United. I have better, although the meal was served nicely, and was very filling."
