Lunch ­ chef salad with lettuce, turkey, ham, Swiss and American cheese, tomatoes, eggs and a couple of olives. Two containers of “Asian sesame ginger” dressing, roll and the same raspberry shortbread cookies. (Menu Card)

Didn’t eat this but it looked better than the deli sandwich. I’ve since seen better versions of this salad.
