Dinner/Breakfast (Appetizers) Hot lemon grass spiked shrimp and scallops with wasabi ginger sauce, Dried beef with a tomato and pickle relish. (Salad) Seasonal greens with hot spicy bay scallops and croutons, dried cucumber and roaster tomato, balsamic dijon vinaigrette or country ranch dressing. (Main Course) Filet mignon with roasted shallot and balsamic demi-glace. Japanese Obento selection, crabmeat in layer eggs, shrimp sushi, chicken sansho-yaki, scallions with miso paste, broiled tuna and cha-soba noodles, beef tenderloin with mushrooms, steamed snapper, five-kind mixed veggies, hakusai with fried bean curd and sesame steamed rice, served w/ green tea. (Desert) International cheese selection, Edy's ice cream w/ sundae toppings, fresh fruit, warm apple pear pandowdy. Various snacks and fruit upon arrival.

Not bad! Very good food for the 12 hour flight overseas. However, by the end of the flight I was stuffed! They also served us Edy's Ice Cream (not pictured.) And countless rolls. Breakfast was a fruit plate w/ yogurt and a croissant. Nothing worth photographing. Breakfast was served 1 hour and 45 mins before taking off. Also pictured is the menu of other possible selections.
