I knew only snack would be served in this flight and never expected anything proper from United. However, this was purely a huge disappointment for this not-so-short flight (esp. on this route in comparison with other five-star airlines such as Singapore and Cathay). Anyone could make a better sandwich than United. Inflight service was mediocre.
