Dinner main course - "Filet mignon with New
Orleans seasoning* (*Today's menu features imported beef.); Garlic mashed potatoes,
sauteed spinach, and
pomodoro sauce." (Menu Card)
Red wine and water
"Good piece of beef; the New Orleans seasoning and the pomodoro (tomato) sauce were sort of mixed up together. Loved the garlic mashed potatoes, though. Service was sooooo slow, at least 45 minutes behind the business cabin downstairs. I fell asleep before dessert came, so that Scotch did the trick."
