Nothing fancy. Hardly anything at all to this meal. two slices of pork on a bed of rice with some sprouts and a little carrot. It could stand to use a lot more flavor.

Equipment: Salad with lousy dressings. Why can't you offer a choice of dressings? It's one more step and you can't seal the entire unit but still, how many salads get wasted b/c a person didn't like the dressing.
