Dinner
To start - Warm nuts with beverage. For something different I order mixed orange and cranberry juice. Appetizer - Sushi appetizer with a side salad and edamame served with shisho dressing.together under appetizer/salad. Main dish - There was a choice of three main dishes - Japanese washhoku zen set OR filet mignon with balsamic onion demi glace OR country style chicken with jus lie. The chicken tasted fine and it was served with penne pasta with three cheese sauce and spring peas. This dish is more fitting for an economy cabin than business. Dessert - There was a choice between cheese with grapes and crackers assembled from a cart OR ice cream with wafers. I chose ice cream and asked for Kahlua to "dress it up" a bit. Breakfast - A choice between fruit plate with yogurt OR egg frittata with pork link sausages served with warm croissant. The frittata was nicely done and the sausages had more of a hot dog consistency than breakfast link.

Water, orange juice and oj mixed with cranberry juice.

The meal felt somewhat lacking for international business class. For the appetizer I would have preferred something a bit more substantial. In addition I think a separate small salad should be served instead of lumping it. Overall a very basic meal service that was done quickly by the crew.
