Champagne with very small ramekin of cold nuts. Small legacy coach style salad with Honey Dijon Dressing, Salmon Appetizer, A rock that looks like bread. Main Meal was Chicken, Rice and green beans. Sundae for dessert.

This seems like something you used to get on a single tray in coach. Not very appetizing. You can do better United!
