Appetizer: Scallop bisque, chicken skewer, veggie-filled pastry; salad; NY Strip Steak w/potatoes, carrots, broccoli. Snack before (early!) arrival at EWR.

Wines, coffee.

Appetizer and salad were great. Off to a good start. The steak was huge, but rather tasteless and very chewy. Veggies were good. The less said about the pre-landing snack, the better. Note: service and seating were very good, indeed.
