Dinner , Special meal: no
The meal was warmed nuts (the best part)....salad, some kind of chicken dish (it was inedible), spinach, mashed potato, dinner roll (tasted like it was a week old), and a dessert, some sort of cake, with the middle that had such a bad texture, that it was inedible. Generally, the food is ok, but this was the worst meal I have had in a very long time.

Equipment: The plane was old, but it had direct tv   //   Other: United's business first needs a lot of improvement, from food quality, to their actual service. The crew is great. The product sucks.
