Center Cut Smoked Salmon Loin (over a bed of fresh cucmber relish). Seasonal Mixed Greens with Lite Ranch dressing. Braised Beef Short Ribs with Roasted Shallot Sauce (oven-roasted fingerling poratoes and grilled asparagus).

None

The smoked salmon was great, as was the main course. The ice cream tasted good too but was hard to eat due to the hard chocolate shell. The pre-landing dish tasted OK but the noodles reminded me of the cheap "Asian" noodles from the supermarket.
