United rolled out its new long haul international meal service which is supposed to include three courses: first a beverage and cheese and cracker appetizer, second main meal with an entree, hearty salad, and artisan bread, and a third course of a premium dessert. We were served in one swoop a beverage, main, and ice cream. No three course experience, no cheese and crackers, and no pre arrival meal on this 12 hour flight. Very poor execution and rude crew. The main was Chinese chicken with vegetables and edible flowers, orzo pasta salad, artisan roll, and vanilla ice cream.
