Xplorador Rapel Valley 2001 Merlot

The steak looks more like a piece of lasagna, yet it was surprisingly good. Service was a bit rushed given there were only six of us in first class, but I realize that it was New Year’s Eve and there were only 3 flight attendants for the entire aircraft.
