Great red wines with the steak!

A very good meal, although nothing that made me say "wow" - even on the longest international nonstop route out of Dulles on United in Business class. I guess wow is now only reserved for United First on long routes... a true shame cost cutting has lowered intl Biz class to "good." The senior flight attendants were very accomodating and friendly.
