From the printed menu – To Begin Garden Fresh Salad, Sherry walnut vinaigrette dressing. Main Course Mediterranean roast pork with a Provencal Sauce, Basil mashed potatoes and haricots verts with red bell peppers.

Cabernet

I decided to go with the pork since I had not tried such a dish in United’s first/business class dinners previously. Anyone who has had a few dinner meals up front on UA knows about the marvelous basil mashed potatoes. This meal was very good. I have yet to be let down by a meal in United First.
