Snack - Chicken caeser salad, small fruit, warm roll. (Menu Card)

Bloody Mary and later Chilean wine.

Hard to classify this as just a snack considering we departed SFO at 1845. The salad was OK in the beginning until I bit into a chicken bone that almost punctured my gum. I was very careful from then on. Best part of the meal was the fruit. Too bad there wasn't more of it. I noticed that UAL did not include salt and pepper with the serving.
