The noodles were OK, I believe it was a pork cutlet with some sort of soy/ginger sauce. Served with a roll. Seriously, make up your mind, go Asian or go Western but this strange hybrid is neither fusion or good. Since they quit doing meal on longer US flights, one would think that free up their international kitchens for better food. One would be sadly mistaken.
