Dinner - Quoting the menu: "To Begin"
(photo 059) we had crab cakes with oven-roasted tomatoes in red wine sauce and
risotto with parmesan cheese. Then came a salad (photo 060) with lemon myrtle
dressing. The "Main Course" (Menu Card)
The red wine I had was a 1999 Kangarilla Road McLaren Vale Shiraz.
"For airline food, even in International First Class, this was really excellent."
