For Starters - A fan of sliced pear poached in aged
tawny port, featured with mature Gorgonzola blue cheese, presented on
a bed of crisp greens wtih a fresh mango chili compote and garnished with
candied ginger; Entrees - Beef Bourgignon: Tender braised beef, pearl
onions, button mushrooms and fresh bay leaf slow cooked in a traditional
rich burgundy wine sauce, accompanied by a rice timbal, French beans and
a medley of fresh vegetables/ Roasted Cod Filet: Oven roasted cod featured
with a zesty tarragon lime sauce, presented on a bed of mashed potatoes,
accompanied by an assortment of fresh batoned vegetables, garnished with
a julienne of fried beet root; In Closing - A selection of cheeses, a
little fresh fruit, and something sweet
Champagne; G&T; White Wine; Red Wine; Port
Average. Overly fussy descriptions don't match the fairly bland food.
