Dinner - For Starters: Pan-fried Greek Halumi cheese on a bed of
Bibb spinach and red endive, accompanied by oven-roasted onions, yellow
and red tomatoes, garnished with Pignoli nuts, served with basil balsamic
dressing.
Entrée: Carolina High Country Style Chicken - Oven roasted breast
of chicken with cornbread, pecan and sausage stuffing, served with a rhubarb
compote and accompanied by buttermilk mashed potatoes and gravy (Developed
by Robert Kinkead Jr.- Washington D.C.).
Desert: A selection of cheeses, grapes and a piece of cake.
Orange juice, Cappuccino
The fried cheese was horribly dry, first I thought it's a cold hashbrown. Don't know, why they still have that on the menu. The chicken must have been the pick of the day - very delicious ! Chese cake and Cappiccino were also great.
