To start: Warmed Nuts with your preferred cocktail or beverage. Appetizer: Sliced Pesto Chicken Breast with Tomato-Caper Relish Salad: Fresh Seasonal greens with Julienne Peppers and artichoke Heart, choice of blue cheese dressing or balsamic vinaigrette a selection of warmed breads. Main Course: Our Signature Selection Tenderloin of beef with Morel Mushroom Sauce, served with sweet potato mash and Broccoli Florets Dessert: Raspberry Mousse

Once again very nice service from the 2 attendants in the envoy cabin. The meal wasn’t quite as good as the outgoing flight but still ok. The steak was a bit over cooked and slightly drier however still ok. Would have benefited from more of the sauce I think.
