Service began with a pre-departure drink, a good practice. Apertif service consists of a packet of delicious peanuts and drinks of your choice. I picked orange juice and white wine. The white wine tasted fine. Main meal is a large portion of food. There is a vegetable salad with thousand island dressing, bread with butter, cheese, chicken salad and a cheesecake on the tray. There were 3 choices for the hot dish. Beef, chicken or fish. I picked the beef initially, it was spaghetti bolognaise with cheese, I returned it to the flight attendant to get the fish. Everything tasted fine, nothing very good or bad.

Equipment: Uzbekistan Airways has an inconsistent economy class product on its B767s. This plane, UK-67004 has poor entertainment options. The inflight entertainment consists of Russian or Uzbek movies and some old French movies. I couldn't watch any of those and had to endure a hellishly boring 9h 10 minutes.
